Our Process
Initial Research
The first step in our process is gathering basic information from you the seller, this includes legal descriptions, recent check stubs, current leases, and any other pertinent information that could help us make a top dollar offer to you.
Offer and paperwork
Once we have come to an agreement on price, we will prepare the Mineral Deed and any other legal documents necessary to make the transfer of title. We cover all associated costs with the entire process, we can even take care of any back taxes owed on the property as part of the deal if necessary.
Closing Process
Once we receive the original notarized documents back from you and title checks out clear, we will promptly make payment via wire transfer or company check.
Post Closing
We will take care of all document filing and operator notifications after closing.
